Introduction of Chapali Public library

Chapali public library is a social organization and it is a local library. The library is running since 14 June,2000. It is an icon of our locality. And we have nearly 300 registered members in our library.

Theme   
The main theme of our organization refers to- '' Shushikkhito jon-e Shu-bibechok'' which means   Well educated person must be good thinker.

Objectives
The main target of this library is as follows:
                          1. to provide different books to local people.
                          2. to educate illiterate people.
                          3. to prevent early marriage and dowry system and
                          4. to create drug free society.

 Activities 
This organization arranges different social and cultural event like blood donation camp, totally free medical camp, blood group determination camp, cultural function etc. The library also observe different historic and traditional days like Pohela Boisakh , Independence day of Bangladesh, International Mother language day, Victory day of Bangladesh and celebration of Robindro-joyonti and Najrul-joyonti etc... And overall, our library arrange different quiz competition and debate program on anniversary and on any other function.
